From June 9th to 12th 2024, the International Symposium on Genome Dynamics in Neuroscience and Aging (GDNA) will be held in Qingdao, China, marking a significant expansion of this top-tier international conference in Asia. Co-hosted by Shandong University and the Qingdao Association for Science and Technology, this symposium will focus on genome integrity in brain development, neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases and aging. It aims to broaden international scientific exchange, establish a platform for sharing academic resources, and promote scientific collaboration. Following significant initiatives such as the “China Brain Initiative”, “Health Aging” and “Stem Cell Therapy”, this symposium is dedicated to deep understanding of the aging process in the nervous system and exploring intervention strategies to meet challenges of human health in the impending aging society.
The GDNA symposium has been a leading platform connecting international researchers and clinical scientists in the disciplines of genome dynamics, neuroscience, and aging biology. The GDNA-2024 has invited about 40 world-leading scientists as honorary speakers in the field of DNA repair, genome stability, neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders, and aging, to share timely discoveries and future directions of the related research areas.
